The DAC Car Club invites you to the inaugural Cars Under the Stars on Thursday, July 28th in the DAC Pavilion. Mingle at twilight with fellow members and their rare and luxury vehicles, enjoy sumptuous hors d’oeuvres prepared by the DAC Culinary team, and swing to jazz music from Wayne White Trio.
In addition, learn about the latest car events coming to Detroit in September – Concours d’Elegance and the North American International Detroit Auto Show. There will also be an exclusive raffle of curated, auto-themed prizes (one raffle ticket included in entry price). Speakers: McKeel and Soon Hagerty, CEO and Senior Vice President of Brand, respectively, of Hagerty, an automotive enthusiast brand in Traverse City. The power couple will discuss Hagerty’s inaugural Concours d’Elegance to be held Sept. 16-18 on the grounds of the Detroit Institute of Arts (Sunday), Cars & Community around Comerica Park (Saturday), curated events, and much more. In addition, DAC Member Rod Alberts, executive director of the Detroit Auto Dealers Association, will provide details of the North American International Detroit Auto Show that will run from Sept. 14 – 25 at Huntington Place and downtown Detroit. Other special guests include Ralph and Doris Gilles.
