The DAC Car Club invites you to participate in the 3rd annual DACCC Grand Prix at Full Throttle Adrenaline Park (formerly known as Kart2kart).
The DAC Car Club Grand Prix is Sunday, November 5th, 2023. Full Throttle Adrenaline Park (aka Kart 2 Kart) is located at 42705 Van Dyke Avenue, Sterling Heights, MI 48314.
Up to 36 drivers will participate. Each race will feature up to 12 drivers on the track. Skills will vary. Don’t worry if you are not a seasoned professional. Ages 16 and up ( must have a valid driver’s license).
Timeline:
1:45-2:15 : Registration/briefing
2:15-3:45 races: 12 drivers racing on the track at a time (DAC members and others). Anticipated to be 3 “races”.
3:50 -4:00: Podium celebration ( of the DAC Car Club 1st, 2nd and 3rd place drivers)
Along the way:
You are invited to share in the fun with fellow DAC friends by enjoying lunch (while you are not on the track).
Pizza, Salad and soft drinks, included. Note: cash bar available.
Safety: You may bring your own helmet if you wish. Open face or full protection enclosed face are both welcome. Make sure you have glasses, goggle or a shield if you bring your own (as rubber etc. may fly).
Or: Kart2Kart will furnish you a helmet at no cost. They will also furnish a helmet sock. Note: K2K purchased infrared sanitizing equipment for the helmets and steering wheels ( between drivers). They will provide a sterilized helmet sock. Bring your own gloves if you wish. A jacket may be recommended as well.
Cost: $100/person. Paid when registering on the DAC website.
Most importantly bring your enthusiasm and competitive spirit.
