The DAC Car Club kicks off its 2025 calendar year of events on January 7, 2025 at 6 p.m. Special guest speaker: Mark Reuss, President of General Motors. Detroit auto show
January 10
Friday, January 10 is the Detroit Auto Show Charity Preview night. Before and after the show, enjoy a special dinner at the DAC (shuttle service provided). Make reservations on the DAC website. Charity Preview tickets sold separately at DetroitAutoShow.com.
Tour of Detroit Historical Society Car Collection
February 19
Join DAC Car Club members for an exclusive peak behind the scenes at the warehouse that holds the special collection of automobiles of the Detroit Historical Society museum. A peak behind the scene at cars that have not been on public display in years.
Price: Donations at the door – proceeds to be donated to the foundation for the American Cancer Society.
Movie night at the Mendelson Collection!

The 4th annual movie night is a celebration of All things automotive amidst the fantastical collection of Ferraris, Mercedes-Benz, Ford GT, Alfa-Romeo, Morgans and other exotics. A classic automotive-themed film and dinner. BYOB! Bring that special bottle to share. $25 pp for catering.

DAC Car Club and Executives Club Car Show at the DAC Pavilion — all cars must be registered in advance. Join some 250 DAC members for this annual rite of Summer at the DAC Pavillion. Special guest speaker, luncheon and car show.

Cars and Coffee at Motorsports Gateway
June 14
Join us for a first look, tour, and a parade track lap at the new Motorsports Gateway in Howell. The event includes a tour of the Pit Lane Clubhouse, Garage Condos, and Paddock Building. Every condominium will have a large, second-level balcony that faces the track, while the rear of the condo incudes a ground-level patio. The new South Circuit track, designed by Driven International, is a 1.75-mile, 40-foot-wide, 15-turn road course featuring 140 feet of elevation change, a 1/2-mile straight, and turns with up to 15 percent banking.

Cars under the Stars
Either July 24 or 31
Enjoy the amenities of a private estate owned by a DAC member that overlooks the Grosse Pointe Yacht Club in Grosse Pointe Shores. The spacious lawn will be filled with dozens of classic cars, muscle cars, and sports cars. There’s the potential for exotic cars and rare masterpieces, as well. Mingle with fellow members and their guests while enjoying bar service, a buffet, and cigars. The evening air will be filled with the sounds of a lively ensemble, and as always there will be a raffle of unique car accessories.
Note: More information will be posted next spring about reserving lawn parking. General parking is available on neighborhood streets north of the home.

Dream Cruise Station
August 15 & 16
Back by popular demand, and with a new location, enjoy two days of fun at the Dream Cruise — Friday evening and all day Saturday. The “Station” will be located along Woodward Avenue at Lone Pine Road on the front lawn of O’Keefe, a multi-faceted business consultancy in Bloomfield Hills owned by past DAC President Pat O’Keefe. Enjoy networking with follow DAC members and their guests, a barbecue, a full bar, music, and front row views of the Dream Cruise. Includes parking.

Fall Color Tour

DAC Car Club first Fall Color Tour in Harbor Springs, MI for a weekend of touring the famed “Tunnel of Trees” and culinary delights. Golf options available as well. A weekend to remember. Limited rooms available.
