March – Movie night, Italian-themed dinner, wine and assorted adult beverages beaconed some 60 DAC members to the Collection of Lauren and David Mendelson to view their rare collection of Ferraris – including a couple of 2024 models – before viewing the movie “Ferrari.”
If that was not enough for the senses the Mendelsons arranged to have Stunt Driver (name) join the festivities and talk about the key scenes and behind the scenes from the movie Ferrari. DAC Car Club members came from across metro Detroit to enjoy the Sunday afternoon tradition for the third year in a row. Among them, DAC President Derron Sanders who stopped in as a special guest to greet DAC members and tour the fantastic collection of Ferraris, Mercedes, Morgans, and other specialty cars in the Mendelson collection.
DAC Car Club members enjoyed salads, sandwiches, pizzas, dessert and, of course, popcorn along with a full array of beverages and bartender for $20 per attendee in addition to the collection tour, first-run movie and commentator from the Ferrari stuntman. Deal of the year!
